Canton Fair Travel Guide — Part 3: Getting Around Guangzhou and Planning a Factory Visit
Coming to Guangzhou for the Canton Fair? A few practical preparations can make your business trip much easier.
Getting to the Canton Fair
The Guangzhou Metro is usually the fastest option during the fair. The exhibition complex is served by Metro Line 8, with stations close to the different exhibition areas.
Taxis and ride-hailing services are also available, but traffic can be heavy before the fair opens and after it closes. Allow extra time if you have an important meeting.
Useful preparations
Before arriving in China:
● Install Alipay or WeChat Pay and link an international bank card.
● Keep your hotel name and address in Chinese.
● Arrange mobile data through international roaming, a local SIM or an eSIM.
● Save your exhibition registration, hotel booking and supplier contact details offline.
● Carry a power bank for long days at the exhibition.
Visiting our factory and showroom
A catalogue or sample is useful for initial selection, but a factory visit provides a much clearer understanding of production capacity, quality control and material consistency.
Our factory is located in Fusha, Zhongshan, within the Greater Bay Area. We also have a 5,000 m² immersive showroom, where visitors can explore a wide range of film materials, colours, textures and finished applications in one place.
Buyers interested in PVC decorative film or architectural window film are welcome to visit after the Canton Fair. During your visit, we can review samples, specifications, applications and project requirements, as well as introduce the relevant production processes.
Please book in advance so we can prepare the right products and arrange your visit properly.
